Havre Police Department

Officers at the police station assisted another agency with an investigation Tuesday at 9:28 a.m.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons during a vehicle stop on Third Street at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday on charges of driving without a driver's license and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

--

Theft of cash and items was reported from Fourth Street Tuesday at 3:23 p.m.

--

An arrest was made after a caller reported hearing a mother and daughter screaming at each other Tuesday at 4:25 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

--

A Lincoln Avenue caller asked Tuesday at 6:07 p.m. to speak with an officer.

--

Officers responded to a motorcycle crash on First Street West Tuesday at 6:43 p.m. to assist the Havre Fire Department ambulance crew.

--

A dog bite was reported by hospital staff Tuesday at 6:47 p.m.

--

Someone stopped at the police station at 8:03 p.m. Tuesday to make a complaint about a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show.

Salvador Campos Rivera of Havre, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after an officer investigated suspicious activity on First Street at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday.

--

Officers assisted sheriff's deputies at 3:49 a.m. today on a call north of Havre.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Desarae Rose Matte of Harlem, 28, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 8:42 a.m.

Jazmine Kiana Pewitt of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Tuesday at 2:42 p.m.

--

A caller reported a disturbance in Box Elder Tuesday at 5:24 p.m.

--

At 3:41 a.m. today, deputies investigated a burglar alarm set off at a 31st Avenue Northeast business.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair cats and one 14-week-old medium hair kitten, all of unknown gender; two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy.
