Havre Police Department

Garreth Jon Robertson of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and minor in possession, after a complaint was made at the police station at 7:43 a.m. Monday in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Elizabeth Helene Schmautz of Havre, 46, was issued a summons on charges or obstructing a peace officer of other public servant and possession of drug paraphernalia, when an officer served a warrant on 15th Avenue Monday at 5:11 p.m.

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on Washington Avenue at 1:29 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Monday 2:13 p.m. 911 call from Haystack Loop Road was transferred to Rocky Boy Police.

Deputies investigated a 3:13 p.m. Monday complaint from a Box Elder establishment.

A driver traveling westbound toward Hingham reported an erratic driver Monday at 5:15 p.m. and the report was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs at Hill County Detention Center at 2:19 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department had no medical or fire calls Monday or this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair cats and one 15-week-old medium hair kitten, all of unknown gender; two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy and a mixed-breed female 26-week-old puppy.
