Havre Police Department

Colby Keith Messerly of Harlem, 26, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at on 13th Street at 9:34 a.m. Thursday.

Dustin Tanner St. Pierre of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City warrant and charges of driving without a driver's license and fail to yield the right of way, during a vehicle stop on 13th Avenue Thursday at 11:35 a.m.

Jessica Paige Azure of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Taylor Rae Strike of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, driving with a suspended or revoke driver's license and habitual traffic offender, during a vehicle stop at 8:20 p.m. Thursday on First Street West after a caller reported a driver with a revoked driver's license.

Christina Mary Converse of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no vehicle insurance, during a vehicle stop on Second Street Thursday at 11:29 p.m.

Bradley Dean Wolf of Boulder, Colorado, 45, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on First Street West at 12:34 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Thursday 5:54 p.m. caller on U.S. Highway 2 West, westbound from U.S. Highway 87 junction reported an erratic driver in a silver Subaru hatchback. The call was also referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Tristin Raine Trahant of Dodson, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue West Thursday at 9:59 p.m.

Virgil Louis Buffalo of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, when deputies stopped to assist someone on U.S. Highway 87 Thursday at 11:48 p.m.

Crystal Dawn Horn of Harlem, 47, was arrested on eight Justice or City court warrants, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 at 11:57 p.m. Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats and two long-hair cats, all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning one female mixed-breed dog, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a male Dachshund 26-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 22-week-old puppy and a mixed-breed female 26-week-old puppy.
