Havre Police Department

A First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 9:05 a.m. the door to his apartment was broken.

A vehicle crash between a car and pickup was reported at First Street and Second Avenue Friday at 12:33 p.m.

--

A 1:09 p.m. Friday call for assistance was referred to the Tri-Agency Task Force.

--

Officers were asked Friday at 3:57 p.m. to assist another agency on a medical call.

--

Keenan Lewis Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of aggravated burglary and theft, after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Friday at 7:43 p.m. that a man shoved her against a wall.

A caller on Third Avenue reported Friday at 7:58 p.m. that a man ditched a bike then asked for a ride.

--

Friday at 11:58 p.m., a caller on 10th Avenue asked to speak with an officer about an assault.

--

A caller on 10th Street reported two stolen bikes Saturday at 10:21 a.m.

James Jay Allison of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failing to give notice of accident, reckless driving and "other," after a Fifth Street caller reported Saturday at 11:38 a.m. that a truck had run into a fence.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, burglary of a residence and trespass to property after a caller at 15th Avenue and First Street reported Saturday at 7:10 p.m. that a domestic disturbance just took place at a neighbor's house.

A Havre Fire Department reported Saturday at 7:43 p.m. that caller at Patterson Park on 11th Avenue said water was coming out of the ground near the park's water fountain, and Havre Public Works was notified.

Cole Andrew Boardman of Malta, 19, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on Third Street Saturday at 10:43 p.m.

A silver 2006 Dodge Caravan was reported stolen on Second Street Sunday at 12:19 a.m.

--

Amber Rose Kirkaldie of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, after a Second Street caller reported a fist fight and some yelling across the street Sunday at 3:42 a.m.

A Sixth Street caller reported Sunday at 6:63 a.m. that a window vehicle was smashed.

--

A caller at a First Street West business reported at 8:24 a.m. Sunday that a wallet had been stolen.

--

Officers were asked Sunday at 1:03 p.m. to help look for a vehicle involved in a possible kidnapping in Idaho.

--

At 2:54 p.m. Sunday officers were asked to assist Hill County Sheriff's deputies search for an erratic driver.

Sheila Eve Walker of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of driving without vehicle insurance, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and aggravated driving under the influence, after a caller reported Sunday at 4:12 p.m. that a vehicle was sitting in the road at Second Avenue and Sixth Street.

After a caller reported kids throwing things around on the top of a building on 11th Street West Sunday at 7:09 p.m., one man was arrested and five juveniles were issued summonses or citations. No details were available on the charges.

Troy Tyler Tsosie of Havre, 30, was arrested on two counts of disorderly conduct after a 15th Street West caller asked officers to check on a man begging for money and acting strange.

A Fifth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 8:11 p.m. that a BNSF Railway Co. truck was hit by a red Chevrolet pickup that didn't stop at the scene.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Elias Paul Lamere of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 8 a.m. in Box Elder.

A summons was issued during a vehicle stop at 12th Street and 12th Avenue Friday at 9:37 p.m., but no details were provided on the charges.

An incident was investigated during a vehicle stop at First Street and 15th Avenue Friday at 10:03 p.m.

Keenan Lewis Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief, vandalism, at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 10:42 p.m.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Hays, 21, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 asked for assistance at 2:23 a.m. Saturday because he was worried about family.

--

Emilee Catherine Striker of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy initiated investigation at 7:39 a.m. Saturday of suspicious activity at a U.S. Highway 87 establishment in Box Elder.

--

A Fifth Avenue North caller reported a stolen pickup at 8:57 a.m. Saturday.

--

Amor Jerald Blacktongue of Havre, 46, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and Jaden James Blacktongue of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver's license, during a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 1:40 p.m.

Aurelie D. Modeland of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, 53, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia at the Willow Creek Port of Entry Saturday at 3:07 p.m.

--

Walter Ray Denny of Box Elder, 59, was arrested at Hill County Detention Center on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 4:17 p.m.

--

An arrest was made after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported a shoplifter at 8:43 p.m. Saturday, but no details were provided on the case.

--

Larry Bennett of Gildford, 61, was arrested in Gildford on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 10:44 p.m.

--

A caller on 34th Street Southeast reported at 6:35 a.m. today that a vehicle was stolen.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday and two Saturday. Sunday's dispatch log was not received by print deadline.

--

Friday at 8:02 a.m. firefighters were called to the 200 Block of Seventh Avenue for a gas smell but neither they nor NorthWestern Energy could detect a smell.

--

Firefighters responded Friday at 9:05 a.m. to a gas smell report on the 900 Block of Montana Avenue, but the call was canceled by NorthWestern Energy personnel who were already on site and dealing with the problem.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat, one long-hair cat, two 8-week-old medium-hair kittens and one 11-week-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, two short-hair female cats, one medium-hair female cat and one long-haired cat.

The shelter also held this morning one female mixed-breed dog, one female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a male dachshund 6-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy.
