Big Jim playing Havre, Chinook all-class reunion

Big Jim and the Tall Boys pose for a photograph. The band is playing at the Chinook All-Class Reunion this weekend, with Jim Devine and lead vocalist and guitarist Casey Malkuch performing as The Fermemters in Havre Wednesday and Thursday.

Wibaux rock band Big Jim and the Tall Boys is coming back to the Hi-Line for the Chinook All-Class Reunion this weekend, with a partial preview in Havre Wednesday and Thursday.

The band's website says it first performed as a group in 2013 and, heavily influenced by Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, The Allman Brothers and The Band, performs many originals and covers.

The band's latest album, "Diamonds and Tears," is available on venues including Amazon, Apple Music and Spotify.

The band will perform at the reunion Friday and Saturday, and The Fermenters, "Big Jim" Devine and lead vocalist and guitarist Casey Malkuch, will be playing at Sounds on the Square Wednesday and at the brewfest in Chinook Thursday.
