Havre Police Department

A First Street West caller reported Monday at 7:12 a.m. that gas had been siphoned from a company vehicle.

A sleeping bag and backpack were reported found under a vehicle on Montana Avenue Monday at 9:34 a.m.

--

A caller with the child abuse hotline reported a drug offense Monday at 11:03 a.m.

--

A caller reported Monday at 2:57 p.m. that a car rear-ended a pickup on First Street West.

--

A Monday 3:05 p.m. report that a man tried to sell Adderall to the caller's son was referred to the drug task force.

--

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported on First Street at 5:28 p.m. Monday.

--

Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 78, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after officers were called Monday at 9:06 p.m. to assist someone at Third Avenue and First Street.

A caller in the alley off Fourth Avenue reported at 9:57 p.m. Monday finding money.

--

A summons was issued after a First Street caller reported a juvenile out past curfew Monday at 10:17 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Julia Larita-Jo Snow of Havre, 32, was served a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 2:31 p.m.

A 17-year-old, of Havre, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, no vehicle insurance and underage tobacco possession or consumption, after an officer investigated suspicious activity on Bullhook Road Southeast Monday at 11:59 p.m.

An arrest was made after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported at 2:21 a.m. today an intoxicated woman assaulted a friend and boyfriend. Jazzmine Morin, who was named in the dispatch log as being involved in the incident, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of partner or family member abuse and assault.

A single-vehicle rollover with four people in the vehicle on Wildhorse Road was reported at 6:01 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and two calls this morning, one of which involved four patients.

Firefighters responded to a 9:38 a.m. Monday report of a gas odor on the 500 Block of Seventh Avenue. A sewer smell was found, but no gas was detected. NorthWestern Energy crews responded to the site.

--

Firefighters responded to a fire call on the 2500 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East, but an accidental alarm activation was discovered and the call was canceled en route.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat, 10 10-week-old kittens and four 11-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair female cat, and two medium-hair female 10-week-old kittens and one long-haired female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a male Lhasa Apso dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Australian cattle dog,-blue heeler-border collie cross, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a two male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies, a shepherd-gold retriever 8-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy.
