Havre Police Department

Thursday at 6:49 a.m., a First Avenue caller reported a theft from a vehicle.

Leann Ahenakew Gardipee of Rocky Boy, 43, was arrested on a pick up and hold order, two state District Court warrants and a Justice or City court warrant, and Clayton Duncan Gardipee Sr. of Box Elder, 45, was arrested on a charge of failure to register as a sexual or violent offender, after an officer investigated suspicious activity at a Third Avenue business at 10:36 a.m. Thursday.

Officers were asked Thursday at 10:51 a.m. to do a well-being check on First Street Northeast.

Darren Wayne Keith of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and violation of conditions of release, after a Third Street caller reported a man being disruptive Thursday at 12:01 p.m.

Gary Dean Bearcrane of Harlem, 50, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Everette Dale Windyboy of Havre, 66, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller at the cemetery reported suspicious activity at 8:04 pm.

Jaime Dawn The Boy of Havre, 43, was arrested on a charge of theft, after a caller on 4th Street reported a stolen phone at 1:39 a.m. today.

An officer made an investigation after stopping to check on a man at Sixth Street and Seventh Avenue at 2:06 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sabrinna White of Havre, 44, and Salvador Campos Rivera of Havre, 38, were each arrested on charges of theft and criminal mischief, after being transported from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 10:30 a.m.

Jacob James Bauer or Havre, 36, was served a state District Court warrant at the detention center Thursday at 2:52 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Firefighters responded to a 9:02 a.m. Thursday call at 82nd Avenue West and U.S. Highway 87 where a propane tank was being vented, but the prescribed burn wasn't called in.

Firefighters responded to the 900 Block of Sixth Street at 2:15 p.m. Thursday on a public service call.

Firefighters responded to a report of smoke on the 800 Block of Ninth Street at 6:02 this morning and found a campfire that was still smoldering.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and 14 11-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair female cat and one long-haired female cat. Another seven kittens, all 10 weeks old, were being held at another facility.

The shelter also held this morning a male Lhasa Apso dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie cross, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a two male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies and a shepherd-golden retriever 8-month-old puppy.
