Havre Police Department

A Fourth Street caller reported Friday at 12:40 p.m. that a screen was ripped off a window.

Nicole Rose Big Leggins of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no vehicle insurance, during a vehicle stop on First Street West at 3:20 p.m. Friday.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Friday at 4:02 p.m. on First Street

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault during a Friday 5:06 p.m. vehicle stop on Washington Avenue, which was prompted by a 4:54 p.m. report from Grant Avenue about a man or boy running through yards.

William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 38, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on Third Street Friday at 5:23 p.m.

An investigation was conducted after a detective at University of Utah asked Friday at 6:29 p.m. to speak with an officer about suspicious activity.

--

A 17-year-old and a 15-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after a caller on Seventh Avenue reported young kids hanging around a building on Seventh Avenue at 3:42 a.m. Saturday.

A caller at a First Street business reported Saturday at 8:54 a.m. that someone stole two beers.

Bradley Dean Wolf of Boulder, Colorado, 45, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at the public library reported a man yelling in the bathroom Saturday at 2:02 p.m.

Thomas Russell Welch of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest, after a 10th Avenue caller reported a man and woman fighting Saturday at 3:36 p.m.

Ursula Ann Ganuelas of Havre, 49, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault, and Joseph Ramon Ganuelas of Havre, 51, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, after a Washington Avenue caller reported a man and woman fighting.

Anthony Levi Lawson of Woodward, Oklahoma, 31, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, Sunday at 8:27 a.m. as an officer on First Street investigated suspicious activity, related to a 7:55 a.m. call from the BNSF Railway Diesel Shop about a vehicle left running after the driver got out and ran.

A dog bite was reported at 10 a.m. Sunday on Washington Avenue.

A caller at a First Street West business reported finding a gun in a box Sunday at 11:16 a.m.

Lindsey Marie Casebolt of Havre, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of endangering the welfare of children, after a First Street Northeast caller reported an unattended child Sunday at 2:23 p.m.

Justin Radim Jezek of Havre, 36, of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest, after a 10:27 p.m. Sunday caller on Second Street reported a man was vandalizing her vehicle.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Heidi Danielle Culbertson of Havre, 33, was arrested on an aggravated driving under the influence charge, during a vehicle stop at Fourth Street and Third Avenue Saturday at 2:02 a.m.

An arrest was made after a caller on County Road 405 South reported Saturday at 7:25 a.m. that a woman was breaking things in an apartment. No details on the charges were provided.

--

Deputies opened an investigation Saturday at 2:56 p.m. after someone at Rocky Boy Police Department reported a theft, forgery or fraud at a Box Elder establishment.

A Sunday 8:28 p.m. caller on Old Post Road reported a truck drove through her yard, tearing up the grass.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three Saturday and four Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a gas smell report at 10:53 a.m. Friday on the 4000 Block of Ninth Street West. NorthWestern Energy crews were on site and detected a slight odor and NWE stayed there to find and fix the problem.

--

Firefighters were called to the 900 Block of Third Avenue at 8:45 p.m. Friday after a caller found a gas can on fire next to a trash bin. The fire was contained to the area, and no cause for the fire was detected.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and 12 11- or 12-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair female cat and one long-haired female cat. Another seven kittens, all 11 weeks old, were being held at another facility.

The shelter also held this morning a male Lhasa Apso dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie cross, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a two male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies and a shepherd-golden retriever 8-month-old puppy.
