Obituary - Eunice The Boy

Eunice The Boy of Havre, age 70, passed away due to natural causes Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Benefis Hospital in Great Falls.

A wake service will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. and will continue until Thursday, July 18, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., when a funeral will be held, all at the Fork Belknap Community Center.

Holland and Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

Eunice was born November 11, 1948 to Zach and Beulah (Horse Capture) Larsen in Fort Belknap, MT. She was raised in Fort Belknap and then the family moved to Havre, where she resided for the rest of her life. She married Robert The Boy Sr. and the couple had five children whom they raised together in Havre. Even after they divorced, they remained close friends.

Eunice enjoyed watching cooking shows and collecting Native American memorabilia. She loved eating sweets and her favorite was hard candy. She most enjoyed time spent with family especially her grandchildren. She and her sisters took frequent camping trips to Beaver Creek Park where they would visit and let the kids explore. Her dogs, Kudjo, Missy, Minnie and Peewee were her trusty and well-loved companions.

Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, Zach and Beulah; son Keith The Boy; sisters Amber Munnell and Gin Batt; brother Jerry Iron Bear; nephew Wayne Munnell; and three grandchildren.

She is survived by the father of her children, Robert The Boy Sr. of Havre; daughters, Toni The Boy and Jaime The Boy, both of Havre; sons Robert the Boy Jr. of Great Falls and Jaymes The Boy of Havre; sisters Barbara Sunchild of Havre, Margo Morgan of MS and Donna Houle of Great Falls; brother Kim Iron Bear of Havre; special friend, Patty Brannigan; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
