Havre Police Department

A Washington Avenue caller reported debit card fraud Tuesday at 9:03 a.m.

Kimberly Babe Windyboy of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on Wilson Avenue Tuesday at 11:45 a.m.

Ariel Christine Jones of Havre, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on First Street Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

--

Earl Charles Rainingbird of Hays, 52, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of open container in city, possession of dangerous drugs and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; Lachelle Wadena Doney of Hays, 34, was arrested on charges of probation violation and open container in city; and Joseph Wayne Saunsoci Sr. of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 51, was issued a summons on an open container charge after an officer stopped them on Second Street at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday to investigate suspicious activity.

Animal Control investigated an incident on 16th Street West Tuesday at 4:53 p.m.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller reported Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. an intoxicated man lying in the middle of the alley between First and Second Streets.

Anthony Joseph Lovenguth of Havre, 20, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, during a vehicle stop on 13th Street Tuesday at 8:54 p.m.

A caller on Lincoln Avenue reported a vehicle hitting parked vehicles Tuesday at 9:44 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Emerson Paul Birdtail Jr. of Harlem, 33, was served a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at Hill County Detention Center at 1:32 p.m.

Lena Jo Henderson of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop along U.S. Highway 87 in Box Elder.

Jaden James Blacktongue of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of no driver's license, after a deputy investigated suspicious activity at 15th Avenue and First Street at 1:02 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a 5:35 p.m. call Tuesday about a power line down on the 800 Block of Eighth Street. A line was found coiled on the ground and NorthWestern Energy responders determined that it was a television cable.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and 12 11- and 12-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one long-haired female cat. Another seven kittens, all 11 weeks old, were being held at another facility.

The shelter also held this morning a mixed-breed female 26-week-old puppy, a male Lhasa Apso dog, a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, two male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies, a male German shepherd dog, and a shepherd-golden retriever 8-month-old puppy.
