Obituary - Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Tibbetts

A memorial service for Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Tibbetts will be held Saturday, July 27, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Highland Cemetery in Havre with a reception to follow at 3 p.m. in the Duck Inn Vineyard Room.

Cindy was born in Havre April 19, 1954, and died March 30, 2019, in Calgary Alberta, where she had lived for 20 years.
