Havre Police Department

Jaden James Blacktongue of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a caller on Fifth Street reported a possible disturbance at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday.

Bailey Houston Fiddler of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and shoplifting, after a caller at a First Street business reported a male shoplifter Tuesday at 3:16 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A Fifth Street North caller asked for help Tuesday at 1:08 p.m. with a banking issue because the “bank account was breeched.”

A U.S. Highway 87 caller reported Tuesday at 2:45 p.m. that money was missing from an account.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-haired 21-week-old kitten of unknown gender, six 12- and 13-week-old kittens of varying genders, one short-hair female cat and one long-hair female cat. Another 14 cats and kittens were being held at other facilities.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog.

A girl was born Sunday, July 21, 2019, to Sarah Speakthunder of Harlem.

A girl was born Monday, July 22, 2019, to Taruha and Joshua Kirkaldie of Havre.
