Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was issued a summons on charges of open container in city, disorderly conduct and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a caller on First Street reported a man behaving strangely Friday at 12:41 p.m. and an officer reported stopping at 2:02 p.m. to talk with a man who had walked away from the ER.

Allesandro Thomas Foursouls of Rocky Boy, 45, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on the east end of Havre reported a man stumbling while walking Friday at 3:20 p.m.

Michael Jay Stump Jr. of Havre, 22, was arrested on a Justice of City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, during a vehicle stop on Fourth Street at 10:50 p.m. Friday.

Tyler Reed Stump of Box Elder, 35, was issued a summons on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller in the Smithville area reported a woman was flagging down cars in the middle of the road Friday at 11:31 p.m.

Ryan Jay Underal of Shelby, 33, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after an officer investigated suspicious activity on First Street at 1:19 a.m. Saturday.

Walter William White of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and Kenneth Charles Senigal of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, reckless driving, failing to give notice of accident, failing to stop at an accident and criminal mischief vandalism, after a caller at 13th Street and Seventh Avenue reported Saturday at 2:52 a.m. that a vehicle had struck a school sign.

Crystal Dawn Moreno of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on a criminal mischief vandalism charge and five Justice or City court warrants after a Ninth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 8:42 a.m. that someone had broken out his window.

Matthew Richard Phillips of Havre, 44, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a Second Street business asked for assistance Saturday at 11:28 a.m. removing a man from her room.

Melinda Dawn Erickson of Havre, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a state District Court warrant after an officer served the warrants on First Street Saturday at 1:17 p.m.

A 14-year-boy and a 13-year-old girl were each issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after an 8:22 p.m. Saturday caller reported a fight at Havre Skate Park.

A 13-year-old girl, a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy were each issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and disorderly conduct after a Third Avenue caller reported someone looking in his daughter's window Sunday at 12:25 a.m.

Molly Meagan Kain of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on charges of unlawful transactions with children and social host; Matthew John Helmbrecht of Gildford, 21 was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transactions with children; Taylor Lynn Head of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of MIP and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; and Cally J. Demontiney of Havre, 19, Briana Leigh Bernier of Great Falls, 20, Clifford Lamere Lenhardt of Havre, 20, and Colton Daniel Otto of Havre, 20, were each issued a summons on an MIP charge, after a Fourth Avenue caller reported a noise complaint Sunday at 1:57 a.m.

A caller at a First Street West business reported a counterfeit $20 Sunday at 3:36 a.m.

Jadelynn Fourstar Clancy of havre, 19, was arrested on charges of open container in city, disorderly conduct, careless driving, MIP and aggravated driving under the influence, after a caller on Sixth Avenue reported a domestic disturbance at 7:08 a.m. Sunday. A second arrest was made or summons issued, but no details on charges were given.

Dustin Conrad Norden of Havre, 32, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge at the police station Sunday at 7:02 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Thompson Densmore St. Pierre of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Friday at 10:58 a.m.

Deputies provided assistance at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 1:45 p.m.

A caller on Road 271 North of Kremlin reported Saturday at 7:21 a.m. that a female was requesting a deputy.

A vehicle crash reported Saturday at 10:31 a.m. at U.S. Highway 2 and Road 462 was referred to another law enforcement agency.

--

A non-injury vehicle rollover on Shepard Road North at 10:22 p.m. Saturday was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Sunday at 7:57 a.m. and another at 4:40 p.m.

A sex offense was reported at 6:10 p.m. Sunday in the county.

Annaca Lee Nault of Rocky Boy, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, after a deputy investigated suspicious activity at the dump west of Box Elder Sunday at 10:56 p.m.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity at 4:51 a.m. today on 11th Street North.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Sunday at 6:25 p.m. on First Avenue Northwest.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Friday, seven calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and three calls today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-haired 21-week-old kitten of unknown gender, four 13- to 14-week-old kittens of varying genders, one short-hair female cat and one long-hair female cat. Another eight cats and kittens were being held separately.

The shelter also held this morning a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler dog, a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 21-week-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog.
