Havre Police Department

Thomas Joseph Main of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on a charge of theft by disposal of stolen property after a Montana Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 3:59 p.m. finding his property at a pawn shop.

Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz of Hingham, 29, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and Charlye Jillian Garcia of Hingham, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on First Street Tuesday at 6:59 p.m.

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported at the hospital Tuesday at 8 p.m.

Garreth Jon Robertson of Havre, 18, was arrested at the police station Tuesday at 8:03 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A caller at a First Street West business reported stolen beer Tuesday at 9:39 p.m.

--

Bailey Houston Fiddler of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a theft charge after a First Street West business reported at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday that a man stole $5.

Officers investigated suspicious activity Tuesday at 10:18 p.m. on 11th Street West.

--

Chan Bigknife of Box Elder, 47, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller reported a man was unconscious under a camper on First Street West.

Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 78, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, open container in city and littering, after an officer investigated a man who was passed out on a sidewalk near Town Square.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies served a warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 1:22 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Firefighters responded at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday in support of several area volunteer fire departments responding to County Road 50 South.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-haired 14-week-old kitten and three 1-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender, three medium hair male kittens, one male 17-week-old kitten, two long-hair female cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-haired 14-week-old male kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 21-week-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog. The shelter also was housing two female and one male mixed breed 3-week-old puppies.
