Havre Police Department

Items were reported Friday at 8:34 a.m. stolen from a shed on Second Street.

Roberta Lynn Johnson of Harlem, 53, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, driving under the influence, driving without vehicle insurance and open container on highway, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported a possible intoxicated driver Friday at 10:10 a.m.

A two-vehicle crash between a van and a Suburban was reported on Fifth Street Friday at 1:45 p.m.

--

A Third Street caller asked to speak with an officer Friday at 3:58 p.m.

--

A hit and run crash was reported Friday at 4:42 p.m. on Fourth Street.

Joseph Kelsey Johnson of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of driving with an expired registration and railing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, after an officer investigated suspicious activity on 11th Street West at 5:44 p.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported Friday at 7:20 p.m. the driver of a silver Dodge pulling a horse trailer left without paying for gas.

Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 78, was issued a summons on an open container charge after someone reported a man was passed out on the bench on Third Avenue at 8:40 p.m.

Daniel Lee Rayl of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief vandalism and open container in the city, after a 10th Street West caller reported at 12:53 a.m. Saturday that an intoxicated man had broken a fence and was trying to start fights.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after an officer on Main Street stopped Saturday at 1:44 a.m. to speak with a man.

Michael Kenneth Bruno of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after an officer stopped at 3:13 a.m. to check someone who was laid out in a doorway on First Street.

Dustin Conrad Norden of Havre, 32, was arrested at the police station Saturday at 8:09 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

Heather Ann Durbin of Havre, 29, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and trespass to property after officers were asked at 10:04 p.m. Saturday to assist Hill County Sheriff's deputies serving a warrant on 10th Street West.

Six people on or near Fourth Avenue reported Sunday at 12:03 a.m. hearing a possible gun shot sound.

--

An officer reported at 1:50 a.m. Sunday finding a mailbox blown up on Center Street.

A 16th Street caller reported finding water bubbling up near Elks Park Tennis Courts Sunday at 2:31 a.m.

Dawn Lynn Blatt of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants on 13th Street Sunday at 6:08 a.m.

A caller reported a vehicle crash between a Chevy S10 and a Ford truck at a Fifth Avenue business Sunday at 11:53 a.m.

A Sunday 12:33 p.m. caller on Second Street reported finding is brother's stolen Play Station at a pawn shop.

Veronica Lynn Huntley of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children, after a First Street West caller reported a boy all by himself Sunday at 7:57 p.m.

A caller at 14th Avenue and Second Street reported Sunday at 9:52 p.m. a firework was thrown into a parked car.

Annette Lee Stanley of Box Elder, 51, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported at 11:30 p.m. Sunday people were possibly doing drugs.

Kim Alan Ironbear of Havre, 47, was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer of other public servant after officers served a warrant at First Street and Second Avenue at 12:23 a.m. today.

--

T'Shauna Lee Azure of Havre, 20, was summoned on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession after she reported at 1:21 a.m. today that her ex-boyfriend punched her in the face.

An 11th Avenue caller reported today at 2:22 a.m. that someone took his phone.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Glenn Scott Patterson of Havre, 59, was served a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 10:47 a.m.

A two-vehicle crash at a U.S. Highway 2 West business was referred to Montana Highway Patrol Friday at 11:34 a.m.

--

Someone turned in to the detention center a found wallet and keys Saturday at 7:25 a.m.

--

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business asked Saturday at 6:49 p.m. to speak with a deputy.

--

Deputies investigated a Saturday 8:40 p.m. report of an assault at Fresno Reservoir.

Havre Fire Department

    Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, three calls Saturday, one Sunday and two early this morning.

    --

    Firefighters responded to a call Saturday at 3:48 p.m. for a malfunctioning fire alarm on the 2300 Block of Fifth Avenue.

    --

    Firefighters responded to a call Sunday at 5:44 p.m. for a malfunctioning carbon monoxide detector on the 400 Block of Ninth Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two long-hair 21-week-old kitten, one medium-haired 15-week-old kitten and three medium hair male 2-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender, one medium-hair male 22-week-old kitten, one medium-hair male 21-week old kitten, one male medium-hair 18-week-old kitten, two long-hair female cat and one short-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 7-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog. The shelter was also housing two female and one male mixed breed 4-week-old puppies.

Births

A girl was born Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019, to Tawni Daulton and Travis Rush of Havre.

A boy was born Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019, to Kristie and Vandis Little of Fort Belknap.
