Best-selling author presenting in Havre

A nationally best-selling author will be in Havre Wednesday, Sept. 11.

Jamie Ford, author of the acclaimed “Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet,” published in 2009, and his following novels, “Songs of Willow Frost,” 2013, and “Love and Other Consolation Prizes,” 2017, will start his presentation at the Havre — Hill County Library at 7 p.m.

Ford, who was born in Eureka, California, and lives with his wife and children in Great Falls, will be at the library at 7 p.m. to discuss his books.

Copies of his books will be for sale, and Ford will be available to sign them after the presentation.

Light refreshments will be served. This program is made possible by Humanities Montana, Bill and Judi Dritshulas of Havre’s Great Northern Inn, and the Friends of the Havre-Hill County Library.
