Havre Police Department

Audrey Mae Bauer of Havre, 48, was issued a summons on a charge of assault with minor injuries, after a 12th Avenue caller reported an assault at 7:20 p.m. Thursday.

An arrest was made after a 16th Street caller reported an intoxicated driver Thursday at 8 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at Eighth Avenue and Second Street Thursday at 9:28 p.m. reported an intoxicated man who was unable to stand up.

Stanley A. Van Meter of Arizona, 46, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after officers stopped to assist Montana Highway Patrol on Main Street Thursday at 10:21 p.m.

Jarod Chance Weatherford of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, driving without a driver's license and possession of dangerous drugs, after he called at 12:41 a.m. today to report a vehicle pulled out in front of him at 8th Street and Fourth Avenue and he ran into a roadblock.

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no investigations or arrests

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls from 8 a.m. Thursday to 8 a.m. today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held six short-hair 6-week-old kittens, three medium hair 3-week-old kittens, and one long-hair and one medium hair 21-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender along with one long-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a male mixed-breed dog, a male shepherd dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog. The shelter was also housing a 6-day-old female mixed-breed puppy and one male and two female mixed-breed 5-week-old puppies.
