A Fifth Avenue caller reported two slashed tires Friday at 7:27 a.m.

Cameron James Eagleman of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on two state District Court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant Friday at 3:02 p.m. on Ninth Avenue.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after a caller on First Street reported Friday at 4:38 p.m. a man was sitting in the middle of the road.

James Taylor Marshall of Havre, 58, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and probation violation, during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Friday at 4:55 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 6:17 p.m. to report the theft of a trailer.

--

Brint Weston Mack of Havre, 27, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served Friday at 6:39 p.m. on Fifth Street.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 6:54 p.m. to report he was to pick up his grandson, but his son did not arrive at the meeting place.

Kim Alan Ironbear of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on First Street at 7:57 p.m. Friday.

Jennifer Fatima Denny of Havre, 53, was issued a summons on a charge of false reports to law enforcement authorities after she called Saturday at 1:24 a.m. to report she had been beat up by a man.

James Jay Allison of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, open container in a vehicle, seat belt violation and unlawful transactions with children, and Trevin James Martin of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession, during a vehicle stop on 14th Avenue Saturday at 8:40 a.m., which was connected to an 8:21 a.m. report from First Street about an attempted break in.

Kalled Sam Hassen Jaha of Chinook, 37, was arrested on charges of aggravated burglary, assault, theft from buildings and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller on Second Street Northeast reported Saturday at 11:06 a.m. a man was trying to break into vehicles.

Officers were asked Saturday at 11:48 a.m. to assist Chinook Police Department.

--

Officers were called to Second Avenue at 4:54 p.m. Saturday to investigate a hit and run vehicle crash.

--

A Boulevard Avenue caller reported Saturday at 6:28 p.m. that two juveniles on bicycle ditched a yellow bike by her garbage can.

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 7:21 p.m. to drop off a scam letter.

Makyla Shayd Fetter of Havre, 25, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants, during a vehicle stop on 17th Street Saturday at 7:43 p.m.

Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court after a Saturday 10:21 p.m. caller reported that a man with a warrant was at an 11th Street residence.

--

A Second Street West caller asked Sunday at 1:23 a.m. for assistance removing an unruly woman.

--

Blake Jeffery Sanderson of Maple Creek, Saskatchewan, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a caller at a First Street establishment asked for help Sunday at 2:45 a.m. with a man who is diabetic and being aggressive.

A 10th Street West caller reported credit card fraud at 9:16 a.m. Sunday.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served on Seventh Street Sunday at 10:34 a.m.

Jordan Charles Demontiney of Box Elder, 32, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault with reasonable apprehension of injury, criminal mischief vandalism and disorderly conduct, after a caller on Jefferson Avenue reported a domestic disturbance at 1:28 p.m. Sunday.

--

Tesla Rose Hoops of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault on a minor and three counts of endangering the welfare of children, after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a possible domestic disturbance Sunday at 1:57 p.m.

--

Officers investigated a Second Street vehicle crash between an SUV and a parked vehicle Sunday at 4:48 p.m.

--

A caller on Sixth Avenue reported an assault with bruises on someone's back Sunday at 9:03 p.m.

--

Cody Austin Walburn of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on charges of littering and possession of drug paraphernalia, after an officer investigated suspicious activity on 11th Street West Sunday at 9:45 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on County Road 838 Northwest reported property damage Friday at 9:39 a.m.

--

Friday at 10:43 a.m., a Warrick Road caller reported a past burglary.

--

Meagan Lashae Ball of Havre, 27, and Kaylen Marie Ball were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported shoplifters Friday at 3:40 p.m.

--

A Sunday 6:23 p.m. fender bender at a U.S. Highway 2 West business was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Havre Fire Department

   Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday and two calls Saturday. The Havre Daily News did not receive the full dispatch log for Saturday and Sunday.

   --

   A fire truck and ambulance responded to a good intent call Saturday at 7:08 p.m. on the 10 Block of Third Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held six short-hair 6-week-old kittens, four medium medium-hair 10-week-old kittens, three medium hair 4-week-old kittens, and one long-hair and one medium hair 21-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender along with one long-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats.

The shelter also held this morning a male mixed-breed dog, a male shepherd dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, and a male mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy. The shelter was also housing a 1-week-old female mixed-breed puppy and one male and two female mixed-breed 6-week-old puppies.

Births

   A boy was born Friday, Aug. 16, 2019, to Mandy and Ryan Fladager of Peerless.
