Havre Police Department

A caller at 5th Avenue and Ninth Street reported a vehicle crash Friday at 7:59 a.m.

Valerie Rose Moreni of Havre, 47, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property, after a caller asked Friday at 9:02 p.m. to have a woman removed from a residence.

--

Bill Wayne Durbin of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of careless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving without vehicle insurance and driving under the influence, during a vehicle stop on First Street Friday at 9:56 p.m.

Samantha E. Lewis of Havre, 23, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 12:57 p.m. her daughter assaulted her.

--

A Pike Street caller reported Saturday at 4:36 p.m. having trouble with the sewer, and Havre Public Works was notified.

--

A hit-and-run crash was reported Saturday at 6:14 p.m. on First Street.

--

A stolen vehicle was reported recovered Saturday at 6:34 p.m. The vehicle was reported stolen Sept. 2 from a Third Street West location.

--

A Saturday 10:38 p.m. caller reported property stolen from a yard on Second Street.

--

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession, social host violation and possession of drug paraphernalia; three 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old were each issued a summons on an MIP charge; and a 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and MIP, after callers on Second Avenue reported noise complaints at 1:49 a.m. Sunday.

Cody Raymond Hanson of Billings, 36, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue Sunday at 6:28 a.m.

Kobe David Rondeau-Norton of Williston, North Dakota, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of driving without vehicle insurance, during a vehicle stop on First Street at 7:45 p.m. Sunday.

--

James Jay Allison of Havre, 22, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show at the police station Sunday at 8:04 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller Friday at 11:57 a.m. requested a well-being check at a Seventh Street North apartment.

Teri Leigh Hawley of Hays, 34, was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and criminal mischief, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft Friday at 4:42 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel had no calls Friday or Sunday, but responded to five calls Saturday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair 7-month-old kitten, five short-hair 9-week-old kittens, four medium-hair 13-week-old kittens, three medium-hair 6-month-old kittens, one medium-hair 24-week-old kitten and three medium-hair 7-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender, along with two medium-hair female cats and one long-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning one male mixed-breed 18-week-old puppy, one female and one male Labrador retriever dogs, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female dachshund dog, a female corgi-pit bull 7-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull terrier 9-month-old puppy.

The shelter was also housing one 4-week-old female mixed-breed puppy and one male and two female mixed-breed 9-week-old puppies. Six 8-week-old puppies and a female mixed breed dog were being fostered off-site.

Births

A girl was born Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019, to Kristin and Kyle Donoven of Havre.
