Jim Goodwin of Havre, 73, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to stop and identify to self after striking an unattended vehicle, after a caller reported Friday at 12:32 p.m. that a red Ford Edge was struck by a van that left the scene.

A Second Street caller reported a possible stolen vehicle Friday at 2:13 p.m.

Nathan John Goddard of Columbus, 19, was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after a caller at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall reported a marijuana odor Friday at 8:58 p.m.
