Havre Police Department

Raven Ray Wolfgang Lanier of Havre, 22, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and charges of operating a motor vehicle without valid registration and driving with a motorcycle endorsement, and Kade S. Lanier of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant while officers were serving the warrant on 10th Avenue at 10:56 a.m. Thursday.


A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Thursday at 11:45 a.m. at Havre Middle School.


A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Thursday at 12:26 p.m. drug-related items were left at the business.


Officers made an arrest during a vehicle stop on Second Street at 1:32 p.m. Thursday. No details were provided on the charges.


A caller with the Abuse Intake Line Thursday at 4:31 p.m. Thursday reported a past sexual assault called in from the Havre area.


Money was reported Thursday at 6:50 p.m. stolen from a wallet that had been dropped at a First Street business.


Two arrests were made while officers were serving warrants at a 13th Street location. The jail rostered this morning listed two people named as involved parties in the incident: Isaac Chapa and Angela Gonyea, each being held on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.


A15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violation, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage tobacco possession or consumption and probation violation, after a caller on Lincoln Avenue requested officers at 10:40 p.m. Thursday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no investigations or arrests in the past 24 hours.

Havre Fire Department

Fire department call log listed no calls for the past 24 hours.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held five short-hair 11-week-old kittens, four short-hair 10-week-old kittens and three medium-hair 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, along with a male medium-hair 14-week-old kitten, two medium-hair male 15-week-old kittens, one short-hair female cat, two female and one male medium-hair 6-month-old kittens, two medium-hair female cats, a female munchkin-manx cat, one long-hair female cat, a female calico cat and a female munchkin cat.


The shelter also held this morning a female Australian shepherd-border collie dog, one female and one male Labrador retriever dogs, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull terrier 9-month-old puppy, and was also housing one 5-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.
