Havre Police Department

A 13th Street West caller reported Friday at 4:45 p.m. that their son was having problems with a classmate and now the house had been egged.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city, after a caller reported an intoxicated man laying on the ground Friday at 9:22 p.m. on First Street.

Jason Todd Bigknife of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property, after a caller on 13th Street reported that a man who was ordered to stay off the property was there.

Jaylen Jake Crazyboy of Great Falls, 18, was arrested on charges of theft from a building, deceptive practices for financial gain, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and possession of burglary tools, after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on Third Street Saturday at 6:39 a.m.

Jaylen Jake Crazyboy was additionally charged with motor vehicle theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal mischief and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license after a 9:34 a.m Saturday call from 18th Avenue about a parking complaint and motor vehicle theft.

Celestine Rose Plante of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoke driver's license, during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West at 10:01 a.m. Saturday.

Julie Loralyn Bowman-Wombold of Havre, 25; Brandon Lee Wombold of Havre, 24; Luke Loren Rudolph of Sidney, 23; and Jeremy Clement Larsen of Havre, 41, were each arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a First Street business reported a group of people fighting in the alley Saturday at 2:31 p.m.

Saturday at 3:51 p.m., an 11th Street West caller reported a hit-and-run vehicle crash.

A dog bite was reported by a Sixth Street caller at 7:41 p.m. Saturday.

--

A Bonine Drive caller reported that a man who had borrowed a vehicle at 10 a.m. Saturday had not returned it by 7:53 p.m.

Brittney Lee Garrison of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and social host violation; Curtis Taylor Humphreys of Chinook, 19, Connor Owen Spraker of Havre, 20, Payton Jakob Jones of Chinook, 18, and James Dean Snow of Rudyard, 20, were each issued a summons on an MIP charge; and Chase Joseph Deboo of Havre, 21, Cody David Rossi of Havre, 22, Brauk Irvin Wood of Havre, 22, Brock Ross of Havre, 22, and Dustin Paul Hofer of Havre, 22, were each issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transactions with children, after a Second Street caller reported a party with underage people Sunday at 2:47 a.m.

A Sunday 10:48 a.m. report from the hospital of a wound from a pellet gun was referred to Blaine County law enforcement.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 66, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespass to property after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter at 11:02 a.m. Sunday.

Eric William Brewer of Havre, 26, was detained on a pick up and hold order Sunday at 4:55 p.m. and arrested on a charge of assault by coercion, intimidation or threat, after a Second Street caller made a complaint Saturday at 6:27 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint about a woman made at 7:02 p.m. Sunday by a Fourth Street caller.

--

This morning at 1:16, a caller at a First Street West business reported a drunk driver who stole nachos.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A dispatch log was not sent because of the holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday and one call Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a Friday 8:13 p.m. report of a gas smell at a residence on the 1500 Block of Boulevard Avenue, but investigation by fire and NorthWestern Energy crews found no leaks.

--

Firefighters were called to investigate a smoke smell on the 300 Block of Sagebrush Drive at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, but the fire was in a legal fire pit.

--

Firefighters were called to the 400 Block of Seventh Avenue Saturday at 7:31 p.m. to help get a cat down from a tree. Responding fire crew's raising of the ladder prompted the cat to save itself.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one male and two female medium-hair cats, a female munchkin-manx cat, a female calico cat and a female munchkin cat.

The shelter also held this morning a female Australian shepherd-border collie dog, a male shepherd dog, a female and a male mix-breed 10-week-old puppies, a male mix breed13-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, a female mix-breed l2-week-old puppy and a male mix-breed dog. The shelter also was housing one 9-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.
