MSU Wonderlust to offer Oct. 17 wildlife biologist discussion in Livingston

MSU Wonderlust will host a discussion with wildlife biologist Mike Vivion Oct. 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Livingston-Park County Library. The talk, “Flights on the Wild Side 2: More Adventures of a Wildlife Biologist in the Frozen North,” is a free event and open to the public.

Vivion will address his 30 years as a wildlife biologist and as a pilot assigned to Alaska’s Izembek, Kodiak and Yukon Flats national wildlife refuges. Vivion will also cover the wildlife research projects he did, including monitoring mountain goat migrations, animal capture operations and ra...
