Havre Police Department

Drug-related items were reported found in a bathroom of a First Street West business Thursday at 9:11 a.m.

William Douglas Thomas of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a charge of failing to yield to pedestrian right of way, after a caller at Seventh Street and Fifth Avenue Thursday at 7:01 p.m. reported that a driver had hit a woman who was walking a dog.

Scott Joseph Savage of Havre, 53, as arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after he called the police station Thursday at 9:53 p.m. requesting assistance with a voucher for a room.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

April J. Timberman of Miles City, 38, was arrested on a State District court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 3:49 p.m.

Justine Philomene Bauer of Havre, 28, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants on U.S. Highway 2 West Thursday at 10:33 p.m.

An arrest was made after a caller on 22nd Avenue West reported this morning at 4:38 a.m. that someone was banging on her door. No details on the charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

The call log for the fire department was not received by printing deadline today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four 10-week-old kittens of unknown gender, a female short-hair cat, two male and two female medium-hair cats, a female munchkin-manx cat, a female calico cat, a female munchkin cat and a female long-hair 13-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning one male and one female shepherd dogs, a male mix-breed 14-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, a female mix-breed 12-week-old puppy, two male mix-breed dogs and a male mix-breed 11-week-old puppy. The shelter also was housing one 9-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.
