Havre Police Department

Brandon Ray Eagleman of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Courthouse Tuesday at 10:55 a.m.

Charlotte Ann Wolfchild of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and issued a summons on an open container charge and Harlan Wilford Stanley of Box Elder, 48, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a state District Court warrant and was issued a summons on charges of open container and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 12:56 p.m. that people were drinking while sitting on the benches in front of the building. Wolfchild was later charged with possession of drug paraphernalia during booking at Hill County Detention Center.

A Third Street caller reported Tuesday at 1:11 p.m. that a cellphone was stolen.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, non-injury crash between a silver Toyota Tundra and a red Ford SUV at Highland Park Early Primary School Tuesday at 5:51 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The dispatch log from the Sheriff's Office had not come in by print deadline this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four 11-week-old kittens of unknown gender, a female short-hair cat, two male and two female medium-hair cats, a female calico cat and a female long-hair 14-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning one male and one female shepherd dogs, a male mix-breed 14-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, a female mix-breed 13-week-old puppy and two male mix-breed dogs. The shelter also was housing one 10-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.

Births

A boy was born Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019, to McKayla and Lane Martin of Havre.
