Havre Police Department

Jessy Shane Valdez of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and probation violation after a caller on Washington Avenue at 2:31 p.m. Friday reported a man fighting with himself.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported by at Ninth Avenue Northwest caller Friday at 4:53 p.m.

An arrest was made related to a theft, forgery or fraud Friday at 11 p.m. on 18th Street. No details on the charges were provided.

Keenan Lewis Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and resisting arrest after a Second Street caller reported Friday at 11:39 p.m. that a man busted into his house, swinging a pipe, then passed out on the couch.

A wallet was reported found at 3:55 p.m. Saturday at Havre-Hill County Library.

A caller on 13th Street reported suspicious activity at 8:35 a.m. Sunday.

Michael Jay Stump Jr. of Havre, 22, and Nicholas Christopher Stump of Havre, 20, were each arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a Nicholas Stump reported Sunday at 3:28 p.m. that a man needed to be removed from a 10th Avenue residence.

Christopher John Brandt or Havre, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of possession of dangerous drugs during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Sunday at 7:47 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Second Street North caller reported concerns and threats about her son Friday at 11:09 a.m.

Lorenzo Javier Rodriguez of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of driving without insurance and driving without a driver's license, and Aimee Jo Gardipee of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on Fifth Street North Saturday at 11:16 a.m.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Saturday at 5:24 p.m.

Deputies investigated a 3:08 p.m. Sunday report of a sex offense from a Rudyard area caller.

--

An arrest was made during a 4:05 p.m. Sunday traffic stop on Eighth Avenue, after a caller reported suspicious activity with possible juvenile females in a 3:12 p.m. call from Shepherd Road, but no further details on charges was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three calls Saturday and one call Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas odor Saturday at 8:35 a.m. on the 10 Block of Third Avenue. The odor was caused by a pilot light problem and the scene was turned over to a NorthWestern Energy crew.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four 12-week-old kittens of unknown gender, a female and a male short-hair cat, two male and two female medium-hair cats, a female calico cat and a female long-hair 14-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning one male and one female shepherd dogs, a male mix-breed 15-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, three male mix-breed dogs, a female mix-breed 14-week-old puppy and a male mix-breed 12-week-old puppy. The shelter also was separately housing another male mix-breed dog and one 11-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.

A girl was born Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, to Christen and Austin Ouellette of Havre.

A boy was born Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, to Katie and Jeff Bangs of Inverness.

A boy was born Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019, to Misty and Dusty Mohar or Harlem.
