Ruth Lydia Reyes of Havre, 50, was issued a summons on a charge of assault with a weapon after a caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 12:28 p.m. that customer came into the store and said someone was harassing him in the parking lot and someone else reported at the police station at 2:04 p.m. being assaulted around noon the same day.

Erica Ann Dion of Havre, 37, was arrested on a criminal mischief charge after a Sixth Street caller reported at 4:23 p.m. Tuesday that a door was kicked.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant issued at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 4:40 p.m.

Aaryn Jace Cantrell of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser at 5:56 p.m. Tuesday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held four 12-week-old kittens of unknown gender, a female and a male short-hair cats, two male and two female medium-hair cats, a female calico cat and a female long-hair 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning one male and one female shepherd dogs, three male mix-breed dogs, a male mix-breed 15-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog and a male mix-breed 13-week-old puppy. The shelter also was separately housing one 11-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.

A girl was born Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, to Mikki Chandler and Darrin Bad Hawk Jr. of Havre.
