Havre Police Department

Erica Ann Dion of Havre, 37, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 9:06 a.m.

A Havre area caller asked Thursday at 10:10 a.m. to speak with an officer.

--

Kale Charlie Garfield of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue at 2:05 p.m. Thursday.

A Havre area caller reported a possible sex offense at 2:32 p.m.

--

Someone at the Havre post office asked at 3:10 p.m. Thursday to speak with an officer.

Kermit Dean Eagleman of Box Elder, 50, was arrested on a pick up and hold order, after a caller on Thompson Street said Thursday at 4:48 people inside a silver or gold car were gesturing rudely and try to start a fight.

Cecelia Nadine Denny of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, and Tony Sears of Hays, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession, after a caller reported Thursday at 5:39 p.m. possible juveniles were at a Second Street business drinking beer.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on charges of criminal mischief and trespass to property, after a Second Street caller reported Thursday at 8:30 p.m. a man busted through a door then took off running.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Adam Tyson Zinn of Chinook, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Thursday at 5:06 p.m.

A caller on Wildhorse Road reported Thursday at 11:55 p.m. hearing a crash and finding a bunch of car parts and damage to a sign, but no vehicle.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Thursday.

Firefighters were called to a power pole fire on the 1200 Block of Lincoln Avenue at 7:38 p.m. A wire was arcing so the fire crew secured the scene until a NorthWestern Energy crew arrived and turned off the electricity. After putting out the fire HFD left the scene for NorthWestern to work on restoring the power pole and electrical lines.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four 12-week-old kittens of unknown gender, a female and a male short-hair cats, two male and two female medium-hair cats, a female calico cat and a female long-hair 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning one male and one female shepherd dog, three male mix-breed dogs, a male mix-breed 16-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, a female Labrador retriever dog and a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog. The shelter also was separately housing one female mixed-breed 11-week-old puppy.
