Havre Chamber looking for additional vendors for holiday event

Havre Area Chamber of Commerce is holding its The Hollyday Vendor Show Saturday, Nov. 9, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ryan Building.

“Our Events Committee which was created this year, in 2019, decided they wanted to put on another vendor show around the holidays to give people more of an option to shop local at the small vendors,” Chamber Executive Director Julea Robbins said.

She said that as of Thursday 25 vendors were signed up, from craft vendors to clothes vendors and vendors can still sign up until the day of the event.

People have to bring in either a canned good or $1 for entry, Robbins said.

All entry money will go to the Chamber and the canned goods will be donated to Havre Food Bank.

“Just kicking off the holiday season,” Robbins said. “It should be fun, got a lot of people coming, so it’s always a good time.”
