Havre Police Department

A caller reported Tuesday at 11:20 a.m. a small trailer had been stolen from his Ninth Avenue residence.

Spencer Owen Lagree of Havre, 45, was arrested on a pick up and hold warrant at 12:03 p.m. Tuesday on First Street West.

--

A gun was reported missing by a Havre area caller at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday.

--

Officers made an arrest on a warrant at 1:39 p.m. Tuesday on Fourth Avenue. No details on the charges were provided.

--

Deston George Manning of Great Falls, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after a Second Avenue caller reported a strange car parked in front of his residence at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on 10th Street reported at 5:46 p.m. Tuesday.

--

Theresa Kate Small of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported Tuesday at 6:32 p.m. finding drugs and paraphernalia in a bathroom.

A two-vehicle crash on First Avenue was reported Tuesday at 7:18 p.m.

Teresa Angel Jiron of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment while driving under the influence, DUI, careless driving, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, after a caller at a First Street West establishment made a complaint Tuesday at 7:21 p.m. about an erratic driver.

A 13-year-old and a 14-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations, and Kristopher Alan Chapman of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on two charges of endangering the welfare of children, after a First Street caller reported a juvenile curfew violation at 10:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Bruce Michael Morelli of Chinook, 56, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, during booking at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 2:04 p.m.

A caller asked at 3:12 p.m. to speak to a deputy about a sex offense.

--

A 6:25 p.m. report of a vehicle overturned in a ditch and a 7:07 p.m. rollover crash, both Tuesday on U.S. Highway 2 West, were referred to another law enforcement agency.

Teresa Angel Jiron of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of assault and criminal mischief at the detention center Tuesday at 11:24 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one long-hair cat, one 13-week-old kitten, two 15-week-old kittens and one medium-hair cat, all of unknown gender, a female and a male short-hair cats, two male and two female medium-hair cats, a female calico cat a female long-hair cat and a female long-hair 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning one male and one female shepherd dogs, three male mix-breed dogs, a male mix-breed 16-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, and a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog. The shelter also was separately housing one female mixed-breed 12-week-old puppy.
