The sun's last rays light up portions of the sky on a cloudy day outside Havre Sunday. Havre is expected to experience more days with clouds, and once again snow is in the near future with a winter storm warning in effect from 2 p.m. Wednesday to 11 p.m. Thursday for Liberty, Hill and Chouteau counties and a winter weather advisory in Blaine County.
