Havre Police Department

A Tenth Street West caller reported a domestic disturbance Thursday at 12:08 p.m.

Thursday at 12:32 p.m. a non-injury vehicle crash was reported on Fourth Street.

A Sixth Street caller reported a stolen debit card Thursday at 1:21 p.m.

An arrest was made after a First Street caller reported marijuana odor coming from a vehicle with a child inside Thursday at 3:48 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on 12th Avenue Thursday at 5:39 p.m.

Keri Lynn Brown of Havre, 51, was arrested on charges of a probation violation and disorderly conduct after someone reported a belligerent female on drug court at the Havre Police Department Thursday at 6:13 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Valerie Rose Knoll of Havre, 47, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after a Seventh Avenue North caller reported an intoxicated female Thursday at 9:59 a.m.

A non-injury crash between a Jeep and a deer was reported on U.S. Highway 2 near Bitterroot trailer court at 5:31 this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday and one this morning.

Havre firefighters responded to a call at 4:26 a.m. this morning on the 200 Block of Montana Avenue. The call was a false alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two cats and four kittens of unknown gender, two male and five female cats, and one male and two female kittens.

The shelter also held this morning a male pit bull terrier dog, a male Akbash dog, a female mix-breed 21-week-old puppy, a female mix-breed dog, a female shepherd dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male mix-breed 26-week-old puppy, a male mix-breed dog and a male mix-breed 6-month-old puppy. The shelter was also fostering a male mix-breed 26-week-old puppy off-site.
