The Havre Police Department dispatch log this morning listed no arrests, citations or investigations by officers in the previous 24 hours.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Monday at 1:09 p.m., a caller on 70th Avenue West reported the theft of eBay cards.

Randy Jay Chandler of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Monday at 3:44 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

A caller on Road 300 Northwest reported Monday at 7:05 p.m. that a 1-year-old child had locked herself in the vehicle and the caller was given the number of a locksmith.

Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief vandalism, after Rocky Boy Police Department requested assistance at 11:16 p.m. Monday along U.S. Highway 87.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four cats and four kittens of unknown gender, two male and five female cats, and one male and one female kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male pit bull terrier dog, a female mix-breed 21-week-old puppy, a female mix-breed dog, a female shepherd dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a mixed breed dog of unlisted gender, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male mix-breed 6-month-old puppy, a male mix-breed dog, a male mix-breed 6-month-old puppy and a Labrador retriever of unlisted gender.
