Harlem schools back in normal session after lockdown

Details on the shutdown not available this morning

After schools were locked down Monday while Harlem Public School officials evaluated a threat, schools were back in normal session this morning.

The school district posted on its Facebook page at about 2 p.m. Monday that the schools were under lockdown.

School officials and the Blaine County sheriff were not available this morning to provide details about the threat or lockdown before printing deadline.

A later post on the district Facebook page said after school activities were canceled.

Employees at Harlem High School said this morning the schools were back in session without lockdown and after school activities would be held today.
