Jeremy Clement Larsen of Havre, 41, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia during a building check on First Street West Wednesday at 10:36 p.m.

Nathel Fawn Lamere of Great Falls, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Fourth Street caller reported a female in the lobby who has a warrant Thursday at 1:40 a.m.

A caller from the intersection of Kremlin Road South and U.S. Highway 2 reported finding a Verizon phone Wednesday at 8:40 a.m.

Havre Fire Department emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held six cats and two kittens of unknown gender, two male and three female cats, and one female kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, two female mix-breed dogs, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male mix-breed 15-week-old puppy, a male mix-breed dog, a male mix-breed 6-month-old puppy and a Labrador retriever of unlisted gender.
Birth
A girl was born Dec. 17, 2019, to Sydney and Raymond Morkeberg of Havre.
