A vehicle crash was reported on Ninth Avenue Thursday at 9:01 a.m.

Tatonkaska Howard of Rocky Boy, 44, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a 13th Street facility Thursday at 2:33 p.m. reported the theft of an iPad.

A magazine from a 40 caliber Smith and Wesson was reported found Thursday at 2:57 p.m. at a First Street West business.

A Sixth Street caller reported a dog bite at 5:46 p.m. Thursday.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 7:16 p.m. to speak with an officer about drugs she found.

Tiffany Mariah Peet of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, driving with a expired registration, failure to give notice of an accident, careless driving and false reports to law enforcement, after callers on Lincoln Avenue reported a crash involving a vehicle and a trailer at 12:13 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Roger Michael Otto of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault, after a caller on 34th Street Southeast reported a domestic disturbance at 9:45 a.m. Thursday.

A summons was issued after a caller at a Third Street North establishment at 8:24 p.m. Thursday reported the theft of a phone.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, three male and six female cats, and one male and two female kittens.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, a female mix-breed dog, a female mix-breed 26-week-old puppy, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed dog, a male mix-breed 7-month-old puppy, a male 11-month-old pit bull terrier and a Labrador retriever of unlisted gender.
