Crash that sent driver to hospital under investigation

A two-vehicle crash was reported on U.S. Highway 2 Sunday at 5:38 p.m. sending one of the drivers to the hospital for medical attention, Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Matt Erickson said.

Erickson said that the crash is still being investigated although drugs, alcohol and speed are not considered to be factors in the crash.

One vehicle was westbound on U.S. Highway 2 near mile marker 375 when the driver crossed the centerline and crashed into another vehicle, Erickson said.

One of the drivers was transported to Northern Montana Hospital by emergency medical services in Hill County.
