With the holiday break over, the 2020 portion of the girls basketball season began all over the Hi-Line last weekend.

Friday night, the Turner Tornadoes started a big weekend with a 59-24 non-conference victory over Dodson in Turner. The Tornadoes started the game on a 16-3 run, and got 17 points from Sarah Billmayer and another 12 by Shyan Krass in the win.

Friday night also saw Fort Benton pick up right where it left off before Christmas, as the Longhorns crushed Hays-Lodge Pole 69-47, while in another non-conference affair, the Big Sandy Pioneers fell to DGS 47-32 in Big Sandy. Lainey...
