Jennifer Fatima Denny of Havre, 53, was arrested Tuesday at 7:04 a.m. at the police station on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Desarae Rose Matte of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of protective order, after a complaint was made by a Second Street caller at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday.

Someone from a Havre organization reported a check fraud Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the police station.

A Fourth Avenue caller reported a two-vehicle, non-injury crash at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller at Fifth Street and Second Avenue reported a two-vehicle, non-inury crash at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday.

Dawna Keeley of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, after a caller at a First Street business reported a disturbance in the alley Tuesday at 2:27 p.m.

A caller at Ridge Road and Beaver Creek Boulevard reported a one-vehicle, non-injury crash Tuesday at 4:29 p.m.

Clintessa Beth Williamson of Harlem, 30, was issued a summons on an assault charge, after a caller on First Street Northeast reported Tuesday at 9:53 p.m. a woman had hit another woman.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The sheriff’s office dispatch log showed no investigations or arrests from Tuesday morning to this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held five 16-week-old kittens and three cats of unknown gender, five female cats, two female 8-month-old kittens, one male cat and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, a female Jack Russell terrier 6-month-old puppy, a female mix-breed dog, a female mix-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie mix dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, two male mix-breed 7-month-old puppies, two female Labrador retriever dogs and a male 11-month-old pit bull terrier puppy.
