Havre Police Department

David Andrew Evans Jr. of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, after a caller at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall reported marijuana smell from one of the rooms Thursday at 1:22 p.m.

Leann Ahenakew Gardipee of Havre, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a pick up and hold order, during a vehicle stop on Washington Avenue Thursday at 2:51 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Leann Ahenakew Gardipee of Havre, 43, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, and Autumn Lee Topsky of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a state district court warrant and a charge of violation of probation, when deputies served the warrants at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 6 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held five 17-week-old kittens and three cats of unknown gender, five female cats, two female 9-month-old kittens, one male cat and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, a female mix-breed dog, a female mix-breed 6-month-old puppy, two male mix-breed 7-month-old puppies, one female Labrador retriever dog and a male mix-breed 10-month old puppy.
