Havre Police Department

Adrian James Roastingstick of Box Elder, 38, was issued a summons Friday at 8 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show.

A two-vehicle crash on Seventh Avenue was reported at 3:10 p.m. Friday.

Titus Lee Pulliam of Mesa, Arizona, 18 was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall reported a marijuana smell Friday at 7:53 p.m.

Robert Earl Bigbow of Rocky Boy, 44, was arrested on charges of failing to provide proof of insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on First Street West Saturday at 1:56 p.m.

A two-car crash was reported in a parking lot on College Road West Saturday at 1:58 p.m.

--

A caller on 16th Street reported car parts scattered on the ground at Elks Park North Saturday at 10:37 p.m. and said it looked like someone had run into the sign and possibly a tree, but no vehicle was present.

Ryan Tre Myers of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and assault, after a caller on 10th Avenue reported family members were beating each other up.

Curtis Cole Molina of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, while officers were assisting Hill County Sheriff's Office on U.S. Highway 2 West.

A Sunday 3:06 p.m. caller reported a that a pickup had struck a light pole on Fifth Avenue.

Duane Bradlee Snow of Hays, 57, was arrested on a motor vehicle theft charge after a caller on First Street Northeast called Sunday at 7:33 p.m. for an elderly man to report a stolen vehicle.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew charge, after a Sixth Street caller reported the teen was not home at 3:19 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The dispatch log for the sheriff's office was not available because of the holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday and four Sunday. Firefighters responded to a fire Saturday at 4:05 a.m. on the 800 Block or 123rd Street East and to an alarm that had no fire at 9:43 a.m. Sunday on the 800 Block of Fourth Street. No one was available to provide details on the fire calls.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, three female cats, two female 9-month-old kittens, one female 18-week-old kitten, two male cats and one male 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, two female mix-breed 6-month-old puppies, one male mix-breed 10-month old puppy, one female Labrador retriever dog and one male mix-breed 8-month-old puppy.
