Havre Police Department

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of under age tobacco possession or consumption, after a caller at Havre High School reported a tobacco offense Thursday at 9:50 a.m.

A caller on 19th Street reported fraudulent charges Thursday at 12:08 p.m.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property charges after a Second Street caller reported Thursday at 5:14 p.m. that an intoxicated male was in breezeway between their house and garage.

Rick Valdez of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, resisting arrest and threats in official and political matters after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported a domestic disturbance today at 3:30 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Amanda Ellen Robinson of Chester, 24, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft Thursday at 1:53 p.m. 

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, two female 9-month-old kittens, four male cats, three female cats, one female 19-week-old kitten and one male 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, two female mix-breed 6-month-old puppies, a female mix-breed 5-week-old puppy, one male mix-breed 10-month-old puppy, one female Labrador retriever dog and one male mix-breed 8-month-old puppy.
