Havre Police Department

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 67, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after an officer served the warrant on First Street Friday at 11:07 a.m.

Officers were called to a non-injury, two-vehicle crash involving two pickup trucks on Second Street Friday at 3:13 p.m.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 3:26 p.m. to report a theft, forgery or fraud.

--

Randy Michael Solomon of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, aggravated driving under the influence and speeding on a state road, during a vehicle stop on First Street West Friday at 7:57 p.m.

Desarae Rose Matte of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a violation of protective order charge, after a Second Street caller asked Friday at 10:32 p.m. to speak with an officer about a possible restraining order violation.

--

Friday at 11:05 p.m., a bedroom window was reported broken at a Second Street Northeast residence.

--

Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller at First Street and 14th Avenue reported a possible stolen vehicle at 11:13 p.m. Friday.

Marcella Julian LaForge of Havre, 47, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 10:54 a.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash involving a Chevrolet and a GMC was reported Saturday at 12:23 p.m. on First Street West.

--

A 10th Street West caller asked at 12:47 p.m. to speak with officers.

--

After a Montana Highway Patrol trooper asked Saturday at 2:54 p.m. for sand to be placed on 10th Street hill near the college, dispatch notified public works about the road condition.

An officer investigated a vehicle crash on First Avenue near S-Curve Park at 2:57 p.m. Saturday.

A vehicle crash in a First Street parking lot was reported Saturday at 4:01 p.m.

Gladys Jean Flatlip of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of open container in the city and violation of conditions of release, and Jerry Neal Flatlip of Pryor, 57, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, open container in the city and violations of conditions of release, after a caller at a First Street business reported two possibly intoxicated people in the parking lot Saturday at 4:49 p.m.

A caller at a First Street West business reported Saturday at 8:06 p.m. that juveniles attempted to steal cigars.

Celestine Rose Plante of Havre, 38, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon and partner or family member assault, after a Third Street caller reported an intoxicated woman with a knife at 9:36 p.m. Saturday.

A Washington Avenue caller reported Sunday at 8:53 a.m. that someone had driven into the fence in the alley.

--

Tyler Griffith of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and partner or family member assault, after a fight was reported on Third Street Sunday at 8:50 p.m.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported at 1:46 a.m. today that someone stole $200 from a purse behind the bar.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on U.S. Highway 87 asked Friday at 9:41 p.m. for assistance.

Blair Chiefstick of Havre, 28, was arrested on a federal warrant and charges of DUI refused to test, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving without a driver's license, during a vehicle stop on First Street Southeast in Box Elder Friday at 10:34 p.m.

Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 1:33 a.m.

--

Kim Michael Hickman of Havre, 63, was issued a summons on a charge of obscene phone call, after a caller on First Street Northwest in Box Elder reported Saturday at 5:35 p.m. receiving threatening phone calls from a landlord.

--

Larissa Marie Floren of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Sunday at 2:07 p.m. having a woman in the office for shoplifting.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and one call early this morning. Firefighters had a false alarm on a fire call call to the 1600 Block of Rich Street Saturday at 6:32 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held 15 cats and one kitten of unknown gender, two female 10-month-old kittens, four male cats, four female cats and one male 7-month-old kitten. Shelter personnel are working on another round of their trap/spay-neuter/release program, this time in the Fairview Trailer Court area, to help control the ferrel cat population in the city.

The shelter also held this morning a female mix-breed 22-week-old puppy, a male American Eskimo dog, a female 9-month-old German shepherd, a male mix-breed dog, a male Chihuahua dog, a male mix-breed 11-month-old puppy and a male mix-breed 8-month-old puppy.
