Havre Police Department

Trey Cole Stiffarm of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession, after a Montana Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 6:17 a.m. an intoxicated man had been banging on her door for an hour.

Ricky John Clark Jr. of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct, after a caller reported at 8:31 a.m. Tuesday on Fifth Street that a man had thrown her to the ground.

A First Street caller reported Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. that a vehicle struck a parked car.

--

Tuesday at 6:05 p.m., a caller reported that someone who is out of jail on conditions for release was drinking at a First Street West establishment.

--

A Fourth Street caller reported Tuesday at 7:57 p.m. that their house got egged.

--

At 8:05 p.m. Tuesday, a car was reported vandalized on 10th Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Child and Family Services filed a report with the sheriff's office at 9:59 a.m. Tuesday.

A car was reported stolen on Beaver Creek Road Tuesday at 4:10 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held seven female cats, four male cats, a female 10-month-old kitten, a female 6-month-old kitten and a male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male 9-month-old mix-breed puppy, a male mix-breed dog, a male Chihuahua dog, a male mix-breed 11-month-old puppy, a female mix-breed 22-week-old puppy and a female mix-breed 7-month-old puppy.
