Havre Police Department

A Second Street caller reported Wednesday at 6:45 a.m. that their garage was broken into during the night.

Officers were called to a vehicle crash on Third Street Wednesday at 1:11 p.m.

Sella Marie Parisian of Box Elder, 36, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge for a previous theft reported Wednesday at 1:48 p.m.

--

A vehicle crash between a Toyota and a Ford was reported on Sixth Avenue at 5:43 p.m. Wednesday.

--

A Wednesday 6:22 p.m. caller on First Street reported a possible stolen vehicle.

--

An arrest was made during a Wednesday 9:21 p.m. vehicle stop on Second Street West. No details were provided on the charges.

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, during a vehicle stop on Boulevard Avenue at 2:22 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

At 9:39 a.m. Wednesday caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud south of Havre.

An arrest was made by deputies making a transfer from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 4:17 p.m., but no details were provided on the charges.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Wednesday and one this morning.

Firefighters responded to a smoke alarm Wednesday at 11:37 a.m. to the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue, where the alarm was only activated by smoke caused by a carpeting crew using an iron. The alarm was reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held seven female cats, four male cats, a female 10-month-old kitten, a female 6-month-old kitten and a male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male 9-month-old mix breed puppy, a female Chihuahua dog, a male mix-breed dog, a male Chihuahua dog, a male mix-breed 11-month-old puppy, a female mix-breed 22-week-old puppy and a female mix-breed 7-month-old puppy.

Births

A boy was born Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020, to Brianna Williams and Vance Valenzuela of Harlem.
