FRIDAY'S PREP BASKETBALL: Pony boys stay alive, Havre girls fall

The Havre High girls llost a heartbreaker to Billings Central in the Eastern A semifinals Friday night in Billings. The Rams knocked off the Ponies 64-60 in overtime to advance to the championship game against Hardin. Havre will play Glendive in a loserout game Saturday morning. The Havre High boys will play Laurel with a trip to state on the line, after beating Glendive Friday morning at the Eastern A.

At the Northern B boys tourney Harlem lost to Fairfield in the semifinals while Rocky Boy beat Glasgow to stay alive.
