Havre Police Department

A Fourth Street caller reported Tuesday at 7:20 a.m. that someone poured latex paint on the side of a vehicle.

A 13-year-old at Havre Middle School was issued a summons on a charge of under age tobacco possession or consumption, after a caller at the school asked Tuesday at 10:06 a.m. for an officer to speak with a juvenile who had a vaping device.

A second caller on Fourth Street reported at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday that someone had poured paint on a vehicle.

Ricky John Clark Jr. of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order during a vehicle stop on First Street West Tuesday at 5:04 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made on a warrant served at Hill County Detention Center at 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, but no details on charges were provided.

A Second Street Northwest caller in Rudyard reported a theft, forgery or fraud Tuesday at 12:32 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and one this morning.

Tuesday, firefighters responded to a gas odor call at 9:41 a.m. and a good intent call at 11:20 a.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, six female cats, two male cats, a female 10-month-old kitten and a male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male mix breed 9-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female Chihuahua dog, a male mix-breed dog, a male Chihuahua dog, a female mix-breed 23-week-old puppy, a female mix-breed 7-month-old puppy and a female mix-breed 11-week-old puppy.
