A Lodge Pole man convicted at trial for assaulting his girlfriend on Fort Belknap Indian Reservation was sentenced today in federal District Court in Great Falls to 21 months in prison and three years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said.

A jury Nov. 6 found Jeremy Davis Wing, 40, guilty of domestic abuse by habitual offender.

U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided.
