Mikayla Elizabeth Magnussen of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after Rocky Boy police asked for assistance Saturday at 11:10 p.m. at Lower Box Elder Road and Monteaux Road.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Friday, two Saturday and one Sunday.

Firefighters responded at 4:44 p.m. Sunday to a fire alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street, which turned out to be from cooking-related smoke. They reset the fire alarm.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, a female 11-month-old kitten, a male 9-month-old kitten, six female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a 10-month-old male mixed-breed puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever, two female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.
