Patrick Howard St. Marks of Rocky Boy, 54, was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and violation of conditions of release, after a caller at a First Street business reported Thursday at 3:18 p.m. that a beer had been stolen.

Officers investigated a possible sexual or violent offender violation reported Thursday at 3:35 p.m. by a Second Street caller.

Lonny Henderson of Great Falls, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant when an officer investigated suspicious activity on First Street West Thursday at 9:10 p.m.
